Shipping (and Production)
Due to the production model of this project, most orders will ship out via USPS within the next 2 weeks after ordering. The planned timeline is that orders will be accumulated, produced and sent out the first week of each month. Orders that come in outside of this planned timeline, will be handled accordingly on the 2 week estimated plan. This is because products are made on demand to deliver designs and products that people want, without excess waste and labor. All items are hand screen-printed, which also plays an important factor in this time frame. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges

$5 flat rate
All international orders are shipping First Class Mail International through United States Postal Service (USPS). Please be aware that with international orders you may be liable for import and/or custom duties on your order. You will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These are not Collect On Duty (COD) charges, they are taxes and duties charged in your country and are not related to Be Kind. Be Bold. specifically. All taxes and duties charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Be Kind. Be Bold. for any reason.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned! Returned items must be postmarked within 20 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
