I received my order - but would like to return or exchange it. What do I do?
That's cool - We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned! For full details on returns and exchanges, see our Shipping + Returns Policy.
How can I cancel my order?
That makes us sad - but we get it. If you've placed an order you'd like to cancel, feel free to send us an email at BeKindBeBold@gmail.com and we'll work out the details from there.
How long until I receive my order?
Due to the production model of this project, most orders will ship out via USPS within 2 weeks after order is placed. This is because products are made on demand to deliver designs and products that people want, without excess waste and labor. All items are hand screen-printed, which also plays an important factor in this timeframe and delivery schedule. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Do you welcome collaborators or design submissions?
We're flattered that you'd ask and love the idea of collaborating with other designs to be apart of this project - however right now we are not accepting designs or artwork outside of our work crew. However, check back for this potential idea to come to life.
